Update 2: After going to the dealership on the 19th we were actually able to speak to the manager in person. Buyer beware.I'll update after our visit to them on January 19th. They didn't say we will pay it off when we feel like it, they said it was a done deal in the signed paperwork. It's beyond my understanding on why they promised something and didn't follow through. I'm frustrated as I've called repeatedly with them not following up and now I'm having to go there in person to demand answers. Now I'm getting repeated calls from my original loan company wanting their payment. They put in writing they would pay off my loan from my previously owned car that I traded in. Auto Nation has failed to do what they promised. I also liked that he was personable and friendly, definitely would recommend him if you are in need of a no haggle experience! Update: It's been 19 days since my purchase. I felt good about the decision I made and appreciated the time he took with us.
